Vanessa treated me over a number of weeks for hormonal related issues. She is incredibly personable, understanding, and a great listener. My symptoms improved dramatically and she has taught me a lot about the way my body works. I wish we lived closer so that I could continue having treatments every week!

When I had acupuncture with Vanessa, I told her about my medical conditions, in particular about the dry, irritating cough I had suffered with for over five months due to acid reflux. My GP had suggested using the inhaler & taking medication which I have done for several months but the situation hasn’t gone away sadly. Vanessa decided to use some points in my jaw line & that did wonders. For five days, I did not cough at all!  It was a miracle! I started my acupuncture treatment with Vanessa five weeks ago and instantly felt a great connection with her. I loved going to my sessions even though i hate needles because she makes it so worthwhile. She was able to gather all the information and treat me accordingly and I just feel like myself again after a few sessions. I’ve had chronic back pain for years but, more recently, it has got much worse. I decided to try acupuncture but did not expect to see an improvement after only two sessions. Vanessa is thorough and professional but also puts you at your ease the moment to walk into her lovely treatment space. Her approach is very specific to your needs and, in my third session, she was also able to treat a muscle I had pulled that morning with some addition cupping and heat treatment, alongside acupuncture. She has advised me about dietary changes to balance my Qi and has me practicing Qigong, which I really enjoy. I look forward to each session and the changes I will enjoy as a result. Worth every penny.
